ABOUT THE WEBINAR
In this webinar, we will briefly discuss the origin and reason for the decennial census, as well as the related American Community Survey. We’ll also explain census geographical concepts and use tables and maps to examine the social, economic, housing and demographic characteristics for areas within Scranton, the city itself, and the surrounding metro area. Easy to use data tools will be demonstrated including Quickfacts, data.census.gov and more (as time permits). An opportunity for more advanced individual and organizational complimentary training will be made available.ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Joe Quartullo has been employed by the Census Bureau for over 20 years and has held positions as Geographic Specialist, Survey Statistician, and Area Manager.
