Established in May 2020, to provide distributions from the fund to be made in such amounts and at such times for charitable purposes to support NEPA Gives, an online giving day that encourages philanthropy at all levels and provides an opportunity for nonprofit organizations through the Northeast Pennsylvania region to conduct their own virtual fundraising campaign. NEPA Gives will include incentives and prizes from funders, individuals, businesses, and other organizations in order to maximize the communities charitable giving. This fund will serve as a conduit for processing gifts income and expenses related to NEPA Gives, other than the individual donations which are being processed through the GiveGab platform.
